An unknown distance from you
I miss your half , of my life
For me this is nothing that's new.
Wish i could add more words of love,
to all of our past together.
So I can Smile as I reflect,
and think of them now and forever.
There are words i still need to hear,
at times when I'm falling asleep.
So in my mind I play the Tapes,
of all Memories i Keep.
The thoughts are warm , Erase my Pain,
of the distance between us both.
I hold on to life , Revisit a smile,
I re-read the Last Text you wrote.
Re-read , Re-read and Re-read.
Until i fall asleep.
